SOCRATIVE
Hi everyone today I will talk about Socrative in brief. Socrative is a website and app that teachers can use for
assessment and data collection With Socrative a teacher can create quizzes
exit tickets and quick questions. The teacher can see how each student did on the
assessment and run reports to compare the data as a class or individually. Thanks
to this, the teacher knows how to act in the classroom. Quizzes
can be true/false, multiple-choice, graded short answer or allow open-ended
short responses. Activities can either be teacher-paced (for use during a
classroom discussion) or student-paced (for use as a more traditional class-end
“exit ticket” or quiz). Teachers also can create games. With all of
these things, teachers can observe their students’ learning process via
Socrative. Socrative supplies students’ the need for playing games, that way
students’ attention to the class enhances. They become more active in the
classroom activities and with games and quizzes competitive environment occurs
in the classroom.
